THE SATURDAY SPARK · HOLY SMOKE CONVERSATIONS

You do not have to clean up your whole life before you talk to Jesus. Come with the questions, the tired mind, the unfinished plans, and the parts of your story you are still working through.

In Matthew 11:28–30, Jesus invites people carrying heavy burdens to come to Him and find rest. His invitation is personal. You can begin with one honest prayer, even if you are not sure what comes next.

Maybe today you need to apologize. Maybe you need to ask for help. Maybe you need five quiet minutes with your Bible before the noise of the day takes over. Let your next step be a real one.

Put your faith in motion

Pause for a moment. Name one thing you are carrying, and bring it to Jesus in prayer. Then reach out to someone you trust if you need support. Faith has room for honest conversation.

A prayer for the week

Jesus, here I am. Help me bring You my burdens and listen for Your direction. Give me courage to take the next faithful step, and teach me to extend Your kindness to someone else today. Amen.
